To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will exchange it for a new one free of charge. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective or damaged product, and we will send you a new product once we receive the returned item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
